"I bought Priestess on a whim because someone had recommended it to me, and promptly fell head over heels with it. Priestess is the rare romantasy book that feels at once familiar and unique, refreshing and scratch-itching. At its core, it’s a story about found family, about faith and destiny, about resilience and healing, but above all it’s the deeply romantic tale of two flawed, guarded people yearning for each other. Their relationship, just like Edie’s powers and all the secondary characters, is incredibly fleshed out and exquisitely written. Priestess is exceptional, beautifully written, and utterly original in every way that matters. Kara Reynolds has a fan for life!" Ali Hazelwood Kara self publishes Gods of Tintar, a series of interconnected romantic fantasy standalones that feature heroines in their late thirties and older. The audiobook rights have been bought by Podium Entertainment. She has many plans for more stories of Tintar as well as a horror, aliens, orcs and several noirs. If you are an indie bookstore in the US, you can order her books directly from her. Send her a request at [email protected] with a website link to your fine establishment and your interest in carrying Gods of Tintar. Kara is always open to doing a signing/book event hosted by an indie bookseller. |
